Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the post marked delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Merchandise with makeup, deodorant or odor can not be returned and the item will be shipped back to you.
International returns must be marked clearly "RETURN MERCHANDISE - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". Without this if any taxes incur it will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (timing depends on your bank or credit card but may take up to 5 business days). To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the intention to return within 7 days of delivery. Item must be received within 14 days of delivery otherwise it is no longer eligible for a refund and the item will be sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Bodysuits can not be returned due to sanitary reasons - please choose carefully and please ask all questions prior to purchase.
Once a pre order is made the item is yours and taken off the inventory. As a result, all cancelled pre-orders will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the sold price.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. FREE SHIPPING orders sent back for a refund will be deducted the cost of original shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not be held liable for lost packages.
