Deliveries via USPS take between 2-5 business days depending on your location. On certain occasions, we may use our discretion to ship your item via UPS or FEDEX ground. Deliveries via FEDEX ground service may take up to 7 business days.
If you prefer a guaranteed delivery time service, we offer UPS/Fedex 2 day guaranteed service for $15.00. Both services run on business days. Further details on each service can be found on www.ups.com or www.fedex.com
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and consider the security of your address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders are charged a flat rate $25 USD shipping charge. We ship using USPS First Class Mail which is only trackable to certain destinations. Online tracking feature is available for items sent to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.
International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 7-14 business days, depending upon your location. The post may require a signature upon arrival.
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We can not guarantee delivery times. If you need delivery by a certain date, please let us know prior to purchase to allow us work out an alternative delivery method.
